In a field defined by slowing down,
                      we focus on moving forward.

Where We Start Matters

Momentum Neurology was created to focus on the areas of neurology where meaningful change is both possible—and too often overlooked.

While neurology spans a wide spectrum, we begin with the conditions where deeper thinking and earlier evaluation can make the greatest impact.

Our consultations are designed to clarify, not rush.
To think across systems, not in silos.
And to offer direction—when everything else has felt like management.

Headache That

Won’t Resolve

We evaluate persistent, life-disrupting headaches—including migraine and cases that remain unexplained after standard workups. The goal is to identify overlooked contributors and develop a clear, personalized path toward relief.

Cerebrovascular

Risk & Prevention

We provide individualized stroke risk assessments for patients with known risk factors, strong family history, or early vascular changes. This includes consideration of metabolic, inflammatory, and lifestyle contributors—beyond traditional algorithms.

Unclear or Early Neurologic Symptoms

For patients who don’t yet have a diagnosis—but know something is off—we offer a structured evaluation to investigate complex, vague, or evolving neurologic complaints. The goal is to bring definition, direction, and a next step.
